Historically, a “sea change” was a change brought about by the sea. Today, a “sea change” is defined as a marked change, a transformation. Here is another “C” change that is transformational.
MOVE FROM REACTIVE TO CREATIVE.
Two words with the same exact letters, with just a slightly different – and ever so important – placement of that “c.”
We want to have a bias towards our “C” work — that is, putting our Creative work BEFORE our Reactive work. A powerful place to put this into practice are your daily bookends. Begin each day and end each day with your creative, deep work such as meditation, exercise, journaling / writing, prayer, reading. (Notice none of these things require your smartphone.) ツ
